RECIPE: CREAM TART WITH RICE
Heart of chocolate, biscuit and raspberry

Ingredients for 2 people
100 g of biscuit soft sponge
a basket of raspberries 2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons whipped cream 2 tablespoons sugar
40 g sugar 100 g chocolate
100 g dark chocolate chopped fresh cream
procedure
Mash the raspberries with the sugar and pass through a strainer to remove seeds.
Heat the cream and add chocolate, stir and let it cool.
Distribute a cookie sheet in a homogeneous small heart-shaped mold and sprinkle with rum diluted with a little water and sugar.
Cover with the mixture of raspberries and some raspberry and whipped cream.
Cover with the other half of biscuit and glaze with the mixture of raspberry.
Cool in refrigerator for about an hour.
Cover the heart of cookie with melted chocolate and raspberries, put in refrigerator to cool. Decorate
to taste with fresh raspberries and serve others with a bouquet of red roses.
