RECIPE: CREAM TART WITH RICE

Ingredients for 2 people

100 g of biscuit soft sponge a basket of raspberries 2 tablespoons rum 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons whipped cream 2 tablespoons sugar
40 g sugar 100 g chocolate
100 g dark chocolate chopped fresh cream


procedure
Cool in refrigerator for about an hour.
Cover the heart of cookie with melted chocolate and raspberries, put in refrigerator to cool. Decorate to taste with fresh raspberries and serve others with a bouquet of red roses. Greetings.
nb: the cake can be prepared the day before.
